In the article Mr. Napolitano said:
"That's not to say that you don't really love your parent, but it is meant to say that it simply may not be possible to deliver the needed care."
It was a great article and right on topic about a point that is not often discussed. Most people will help with caregiving if they possibly can. But sometimes they have their own job to attend to or live in another state. It can also be emotionally and financially draining. Having a long term care insurance policy to get a helper in, even if it's only once a week to help out can be a real sanity saver.
